The SEALS-TBI (Security And Effectiveness Assessment of Locking Systems in Ventriculostomy for TBI) Study is an international prospective, multicentric, observational, trial for comparative efficacy of ventricular catheter block device with standard ventriculostomy in the surgical management of patients with traumatic brain injury with intracranial compartment syndrome.
